Divine Mercy Novena
I totally blipped last week about starting the Divine Mercy Novena. I heard and read other blogs about it, but it didn't occur to me that the novena started on Good Friday. Duhhhh. Sometimes I think my brain stays on the pillow in the morning....many a morning!
So better late than never, I started the novena today. I found my old chaplet that explains all about it--read it and got out my rosaries. It was a wonderful feeling to start doing this after at least a decade. God's mercy is so great---so great I can't even fathom, but just simply know He has forgiven me countless times and let me back.
My week has been a quiet one so far. Hardly any subbing going on, but am writing another article to match the one that came out this month. I would like to write a piece for one of our devotional publishers....who knows, maybe they would accept one sometime. I'm kind of scared to try. I will pray about it.
So the 1st Easter Week is half way through. Geepers...time flies.
